Factory and industrial planning

Factory planning, or industrial planning, unlike plant planning, covers an expanded range of tasks and is accordingly more complex. They are meant to excellently cover the relevant processes and favor lean structures and workflows.

Process engineering and plant construction

Process engineering, as the science of material transformations, finds its counterpart in plant construction in the form of specific facilities that can industrially and economically realize defined processes. In both disciplines, convincing solutions are needed and accordingly implemented.

Operations engineering and personnel leasing

Cape7 has shown excellent project management in the post-merger integration of a Polish fruit juice plant manufacturer into the Bucher Unipektin Switzerland group. With great commitment and strategic foresight, Cape7 has coordinated the integration of teams and resources. Cape7's commitment was crucial for transparent planning and implementation of the project. Thus, Cape7 significantly contributed to the success of the integration.

Hans-Ulrich Köditz, Head Pectin at Schweizer Zucker AG

Schweiz Zucker AG has realized a new pectin factory on their premises in Frauenfeld. Cape7 achieved a functional process design, as well as excellent planning and implementation of the new hall, infrastructure, and production equipment in collaboration with internal and external experts. The facility is operational and successfully producing pectin. We thank Cape7 for their convincing performance.

Food Industry
